Every extra bed € 15,00 per day

Children till 3 years free of charge

“Il Gabbiano” sits on the lakefront, has an independent entrance with an easy 2 step access, sleeps 4 plus 1 (child's bed), bathroom with shower, hair dryer, cooking corner, refrigerator, sitting room, heating, TV, small private garden and a parking permit.

The prices include the use of the entire apartment, breakfast, linens, daily cleaning of the bathroom, child's bed, storage for bicycles and sports equipment and applicable taxes.

Breakfast is provided by the owners and prepared by the guest at his convenience.

For the possible use of the kitchen for lunch or supper, we request 10 Euro per day.

Heating costs are based on actual consumption.

Check-in: begins at 2.30 PM (We kindly ask you to communicate an indicative timetable of arrival)

Check-out: until 11 o'clock AM
